Who does the bean look like?

We have gotten this questions 100's of times and get told on a daily basis who he looks like.  Landon and I don't care which one of us he resembles more, but it has been brought to our attention that to a certain person it matters a lot and gets quite upset when some disagrees with them and pictures get brought out to prove their point.

So we think that the bean looks a little like The King, not in his glory days, but in his later and slightly larger then life self...chubby.

He can do a pretty mean lip snarl we haven't been able to capture on camera

An 80's rock star
 Or maybe Yoda

I think he looks like a happy little boy who had his first hair cut today....at 5 months!

Welcome

Well I needed to have a place for little R to show off to his amazing self to our lovely family and friends that are spread across this beautiful country of ours,  to share our stories and adventures of the three of us.

Yesterday Nadea left to Saskatchewan, making all three of my siblings living there.  Today is a day in which I would pack up and move there in a heartbeat.  It feels lonely, LB is working lots it's busy season and we are about 6 weeks in and have 3 months to go!  I wish it wasn't such a far drive or so dang expensive to get there...
R would have gladly gone with Auntie Nadea, she is one of the few people that he recognizes and always has a big smile for her.  She is one of the few that has gotten a giggle out of him...she got the second one out of him (even before LB).  She is such a great aunt, B's boys love her and it is awesome for them that she is closer they are lucky little guys!
I was reminded yesterday that we as parents feel losses often harder then our child especially at R's age, we feel our own loss and then the loss all over again for our child.
So we will miss you Auntie Nadea!
We are already looking out for seat sales!
